About The Team
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

For this role, you will be responsible for building the overall TikTok live streaming operation system, formulating creator operation strategies, optimizing content and growth pathways, and driving the long-term development of the industry.

• Live Streaming Operation System Development: Build and optimize the overall TikTok live streaming operation system, leading the vertical operation team to achieve business goals and enhance industry influence.
• Strategy Formulation & Growth Optimization: Develop refined operation strategies for vertical creators (hosts) based on different business stages, aiming to increase the number of active streamers, audience watch time, and overall revenue growth.
• Content Operation & Methodology Development: Provide strategic guidance for creators on both live streaming and short-form videos, establishing a systematic approach to content operation that enhances creator influence and monetization capabilities.
• Long-term Planning & Industry Exploration: Develop long-term operational plans for live streaming and short video businesses, explore new growth opportunities, and drive the healthy development of the industry.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Business level of Japanese with basic English
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in the live streaming industry
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, data- and result-driven, with a high level of self-motivation;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively driving cross-team cooperation and business execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the LIVE Streaming industry
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Insights and judgment on the industry's upstream and downstream ecosystem;
