電気設備設計/積算職産業建築物や大型の物流倉庫・工場を担当年休125日&完全週休2日制/新宿区

【仕事内容】

今回の募集では、電気設備における設計業務・積算業務をメインにお任せ致します。

~創業60年以上の歴史ある企業様。建設事業・ハウス事業の2つの事業を展開しておりあらゆる建築ニーズにお応えし、豊かな生活環境づくりに貢献しています。特に工場・倉庫・物流施設等の鉄骨建築及びプレハブ建築に強みを持っている企業様です。~

今回の募集では、電気設備における設計業務・積算業務をメインにお任せ致します。

  • 主な業務内容

・外部委託している電気設備の設計と積算を管理・調整していただきます。

・見積書の作成/積算業務

・その他付随する業務

※現在、電気設備担当者は配置しておりません。あなたがその第一人者となります。是非これまでの知見を活かしながら第一人者としての活躍を期待しております。

  • 担当案件について

・産業建築物(工場、倉庫、HACCPに対応した食品製造工場、冷蔵・冷凍倉庫等)がメインで、大型の物流倉庫・工場から小規模な店舗・公共施設まで様々なプロジェクトに携わることができます。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)


【年収・給与】

初年度想定年収:523万円~817万円月給:29.9万円~46.9万円・月給(基本給):275,000円~425,000円・その他固定手当(地域手当)月:24,000円、役職手当 月:0~20,000円・残業代は割増賃金を全額支給致します。※ご経験・年齢・能力を考慮の上、同社規定により決定します。

・家族手当:配偶者14000円、第一子5000円、第二子4000円

・資格手当(一級建築士 月3万円、二級建築士 月5千円、構造設計一級建築士 月5万円、設備設計一級建築士 月3万円 他)
