建築設計・積算職産業建築物や大型の物流倉庫・工場を担当年休125日&完全週休2日制/東京都新宿区

【仕事内容】

設計職として建築設計・積算をメインにお任せ致します。

~創業60年以上の歴史ある企業様。建設事業・ハウス事業の2つの事業を展開しておりあらゆる建築ニーズにお応えし、豊かな生活環境づくりに貢献しています。特に工場・倉庫・物流施設等の鉄骨建築及びプレハブ建築に強みを持っている企業様です。~

今回の募集では、設計職として建築設計・積算をメインにお任せ致します。

  • 主な業務内容

・各案件のプロジェクトマネージャーやアウトソーシング設計事務所との調整

・工事にかかる費用の算出や見積書の作成

・設計図面の作成などを担う設計業務

使用CAD:AutoCAD、DRACAD、JWCAD

※ご応募時はこれまで使用してきたCADソフトは不問になります。

  • 担当案件について

・産業建築物(工場、倉庫、HACCPに対応した食品製造工場、冷蔵・冷凍倉庫等)がメインで、大型の物流倉庫・工場から小規模な店舗・公共施設まで様々なプロジェクトに携わることができます。

  • 組織体制/就業環境について

・本ポジションには、7名/20代~50代の幅広い社員が在籍しております。ベテラン社員も在籍しており、分からないことはすぐに聞ける環境が整っております。

正社員試用期間:有り(3か月間)※待遇面における変更はありません

【年収・給与】

初年度想定年収:559万円~865万円月給:32.9万円~50.9万円・月額(基本給):275,000円~425,000円・その他固定手当(地域手当)/月:24,000円、役職手当/月:0円~20,000円、資格手当/月:30,000円~40,000円・残業代は割増賃金を全額支給致します。※ご経験・年齢・能力を考慮の上、同社規定により決定します。

・家族手当:配偶者14000円、第一子5000円、第二子4000円
