当社は現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーターの新設営業職を募集しています。

エレベーターを販売するには、建物のオーナーである不動産デベロッパーだけでなく設計事務所、大手ゼネコンや代理店など様々な客層に対して販売活動を行う必要があります。

OTISは外資系メーカーで世界トップシェアのブランド力を持つ昇降機メーカーです。その歴史と長年培った技術を売りに営業するのが当社の『新設営業部隊』です。この職務は新築建物にOTISブランドのエレベーターを納入し、保守点検契約に繋げていくことが主な業務内容です。

主な対応例

  • 計事務所や不動産デベロッパーなどの顧客と良好な関係を維持し、新たに建物を建築する際、役所に提出する建築確認申請に必要とされるエレベーター・エスカレーター図面作成のアドバイザー業務を行う。
  • 代理店や大手ゼネコンなど顧客からの問合せや見積依頼の主要窓口となる。
  • 既存の販売網や、入札等を通じて、新設工事の販路を開拓する。
  • 営業目標を達成するために独自の営業戦略を策定し、収益性を確保する。
  • 当社の営業ツールを使用し、機会、パイプラインを効果的に追跡し、営業成果を予測する。
  • 営業交渉を行い、取引を成立させ、支払期日を厳守する。
  • 他の営業担当者や現場の同僚を含むチームメンバーと協力する 。

選考基準

  • 高卒以上
  • 優れた対人スキルを含め、強い顧客志向とサービス志向をお持ちの方
  • 高いレベルのコミットメントと信頼性を特徴とし、結果を出そうとする意欲のある方
  • 成果主義である一方、規模の大きな企業組織でペースを保ち働くことができる方。

時間:08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働:あり(月平均25時間)

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)

賃金:206,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)

*セールスマン手当、インセンティブ手当あり

昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(前年度実績)

賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.39ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2025年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
