仕事概要


私たちが本当に創りたいのは、映像ではなく、"誇り"です。 ただ良い映像をつくるだけではなく、お客様の課題解決や目指す成果へ向けた戦略から考え、つくる過程は一緒に楽しみ、届けるところまで伴走していく。お客様にとってそんな頼もしいパートナーとなれるような組織への進化を目指しています。 実際に制作しているジャンルは、企業紹介やWEB動画、商品・サービス紹介、ブランディングムービーなど多種多様。ディレクターとして、映像の企画立案〜お客様への提案をメインにご活躍いただける方を求めています。 【業務内容】 ・企画立案 ・企画書作成 ・コンテ作成 ・クライアント提案 ・コンペ/プロポーザルへの参加 【制作しているプロジェクト事例】 ・金融、不動産会社のセミナー動画制作 ・新築マンションのプロモーションのための周辺環境動画制作 ・企業、地域のブランディングムービー制作 ・商品やサービスのTVCM、WebCM制作 ・企業紹介ムービー、採用ムービー制作 など 【このポジションの醍醐味・魅力】 ・現在は映像を中心とした制作を行なっておりますが、今後は企業のブランディングやプロモーションなど、より根本的な課題解決の視点でのご提案ができるチームを目指したいと考えていますお客様の課題解決の実現へ向けた中心にあるのが、企画提案力。課題の本質を掘り下げ、ストーリーを設計。「お客様にとって本当に意味のある映像」を生み出すために、思考の深さとクリエイティブの幅を広げたい方にフィットするポジションです。 ・15-18名程度のメンバーで構成されるユニットへの配属を予定しています。さまざまなスキルや役割を持ったメンバーが所属しているため、人数の強みを活かしてユニット内でのタイムリーなナレッジ共有、目標達成へ向けての連携・サポートに力を入れています

必須スキル


・クリエイティブ領域における企画提案の実務経験(目安3年以上) ・何かしら映像制作に携わったご経験

歓迎スキル


・撮影現場でのディレクションのご経験 ・WebCM、PR映像、採用映像などの制作に携わったご経験

・コミュニケーション能力が高く、周囲と協力して仕事を進められる方 ・自ら考えて行動できる方 ・マルチタスクの業務や忙しい環境でも楽しめるタフな方 ・クライアントの課題解決のために、要望のヒアリングや課題抽出のご経験がある方 ・Slackなどのテキストコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方

応募概要


給与

<予定年収> 400万円~600万円 ※ご経験やスキルに応じて、オファー時に決定いたします。 <給与補足> 賞与:年2回(6月・12月:業績によります)
