介護・医療分野における事業拡大のため、

パブリック・アフェアーズ責任者として、自治体・省庁・業界団体との協働を推進し、

地域と民間をつなぐモデル構築を目指します。

介護・医療業界への導入促進と社会的インパクト創出に貢献することが重要な役割です。

同社は介護ワークシェアリング「カイテク」を提供し、

介護医療現場の笑顔を増やすことを目指すスタートアップ企業です。

介護・看護ワークシェアリング「カイテク」は、Web上で簡単に介護資格証の認証から

給与受取までを完結できる日本初のサービスです。

オンデマンド勤務を推進し、有資格者の有効活用、潜在介護士の掘り起こし、

ミスマッチ防止による離職率低下を図ってまいります。

【具体的には】

・ 自治体・業界団体との連携協定の企画・提案・推進

(例:自治体によるカイテク利用支援モデル、潜在有資格者復職支援など)

・ 関係省庁(厚労省、内閣府等)、地方自治体との意見交換・ヒアリング対応

・ 介護・医療関連団体、等とのパートナーシップ戦略立案

・ 社内(事業開発・広報・経営陣)との連携による戦略的渉外計画の立案・実行

・ 希望・適性に応じて対応する可能性がある業務内容

・ 政策動向、介護・医療人材関連の制度調査とレポート作成

【求める人材】

・ 官公庁・自治体・議会・業界団体との折衝・渉外経験

・ 複数ステークホルダーとのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・ 社会課題解決への高い関心(特に介護・医療・人材領域

・ 行政・議員事務所・省庁・自治体・シンクタンク・業界団体での勤務経験

・ PR・広報、政策リサーチ、領域での業務経験

・ 介護・医療、雇用政策に関する知識

【給与】

年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
