【仕事内容】
■業務概要
- 経営方針に連動した全社戦略および経理本部の戦略・方針の意図を踏まえた予算作成・予実管理などの管理会計手法のデザイン・予実評価
- 事業に関する情報の整理・分析
- 各投資に対する意思決定サポートおよび評価
■期待役割
企画立案:「各ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築し、市場での差別化につなげること」を念頭に以下の役割を遂行する。
- 経営戦略を理解し、その実現に向けて必要な資金、投資優先順位を整理し、全社予算数値作成方針のドラフトを作成している。
- 他企業の管理会計手法に関する情報を定期的に収集し、自社に活用できるものは積極的に活用している。
設計・実行:「会社全体の視点から、他部門と連携して業務に取り組み、相乗効果を発揮する」、「部門の現状を踏まえて将来の変化に対応し、組織が発展する為の事業計画を提案・実現する」及び「部門の目標達成に向けて、多角的に物事を考え、自己及び関連部門を奮い立たせ、メンバーを牽引する」ために、以下の役割を遂行する。
- 社内関係部署と調整を図りながら、年次および中期計画予算数値作成プロセスを設計している。
- 各部から提出された予算数値を精査・統合し、全社的なバランスの確認や優先順位を評価し、自身の洞察を提供している。
- 事業投資委員会をスムーズに運営するために、委員会運営実務の上旬化、提出資料の精査、議事録の作成、アクション項目の明記と進捗確認を行っている。
- 財務結果、KPI、トレンドなどについての定期的なレポートの作成プロセスをデジタルツールを最大限活用して構築し、分析結果について自身の洞察を提供している。
- 財務情報を基にした戦略的意思決定の支援を行っている。
- 大きな投資を必要とする特別プロジェクトの財務数値の管理と分析を行う。
評価・検証
- 全社の実績と予算・予測の差異分析を行い、その原因を特定し、関係各位から事実を確認するための情報を入手している。
- 本社予実管理を行い、支出額が適切かどうかを評価し、必要に応じて適正化を提言する。
- 事業投資委員会で承認・審議された投資案件について、予定通りの効果が出ているかどうかを評価している。
- 投資効果が予定通り実現できていない場合は、振り返りおよび将来予測の更新を実施するとともに、プロジェクション作成プロセスの改善などを提案する。

- 経営戦略の理論に関する知見
- 財務情報とビジネス戦略を統合して俯瞰的に考え、客観的視点で洞察するスキル
- 投資評価を行うための財務モデリングスキル
- プロジェクト管理スキル
- 差異分析WFチャート等を作成し、増減要因を整理、説明するスキル
- 税務、会社法、会計原則などに関する基礎的な知識
- 最新のデジタル技術を使いこなし、効率的、効果的に情報提供するスキル
- 内部統制に関する知見
- 4年生大学卒(学士)、大学院卒(修士)以上
