- 具体的な業務内容 ・イベント運営とディレクション(ご経験ある場合、イベントのファシリテーションもお任せしたいです) ・広告掲載企画(OOH)の進行ディレクション(各所ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション)及びクオリティコントロール ※80時間程度の稼働を想定しています 私たちの市場・事業背景 ・2018年にリリースした"MOSH"は「誰でもネットでサービスが販売できるプラットフォーム」として、事業を拡大してきました。 ・"個"を起点とした物販・サービスの流通の加速とともに、MOSHのクリエイター数はこの4年で13倍の成長を遂げています。GMVもYoY3倍の成長を続けています。 ・そんな私たちMOSHの次なる挑戦は、従来の「クリエイター(個人)が気軽にサービス販売を始められる」といった価値だけにとどまらず、「クリエイターの経営拡大を実現させる包括的なプラットフォーム」として進化していくことです。 ・SNSの普及に伴い個人による認知獲得が容易になってきたことを背景に、自身の専門性を活かしてサービス・事業を営むクリエイターは増えています。 ・しかし、始められたとしても、ご自身の事業を長く継続できる方はごくわずかなのが現状です。 ・この背景には、個人がビジネスを拡大していくためのナレッジがまだ世に少なすぎること、拡大に伴うワークフローの煩雑化に対応する術を持ち合わせていないこと、事業の幅を拡大させるための機会創出が個人では難しいことなど、新規性の高いマーケットならではの課題が多くあると考えています。 ・一方で、これまで140万件以上のサービス購入を生んできた、私たちのナレッジ・データと、テクノロジーの力を掛け合わせ、"MOSH"というプロダクトが個人の事業運営のサポート基盤となることで、マーケット課題解決ができると考えています。 ・マーケットの開拓者として、市場を成長させ、ひいては情熱を持った個人の事業運営を成長させ続けるプラットフォームになることが私たちの次の挑戦です。 採用背景 ・これまでアウトバウンドのセールスを起点として、クリエイター数やGMVを拡大させてきており、今後もそれはセールスの大きな柱として注力していきます。 ・一方で、マーケット及び事業の成長を加速させていくために、インバウンド獲得のためのマーケ強化は、MOSHの中期経営戦略の柱の1つだと考えております。 ・プロダクト価値にこだわって開発しているからこそ、今後PLG型の成長をつくっていきたく、そのための重要な位置付けとして本ポジションをオープンいたしました。
必須スキル
・イベントもしくは広告のディレクション経験(1年以上) ・イベント時などに東京オフィスに出社できること
歓迎スキル
・スタートアップ/SaaS/クリエイターエコノミー関連事業での実務経験 ・ブランドキャンペーンやSNSコミュニケーションの企画・ディレクション経験
