2025年10月にNEW OPEN

TVや雑誌等に掲載多数原宿竹下通り入口の人気カフェ「NOA COFFEE 原宿店」の姉妹店、『NOA COFFEE MATCHA SALON』が新たにオープンしました。

抹茶メニューのあるお店です。

接客や調理、スタッフ教育のお仕事をお任せします。

具体的には

  • 接客(ホール)

・接客、販売

・レジ対応 など

  • 調理(キッチン)

・フードの仕込み、盛り付け

・ドリンクの準備 など

その他、店長候補として、アルバイトスタッフのシフト管理や

トレーニング、材料などの発注、

売上管理なども適宜担当していただきます。

《入社後の流れ》

まずはレジ打ちなど、簡単な仕事からスタート。

少しずつできることを増やしていきましょう。

先輩が丁寧に仕事の進め方を教えるので

「未経験だから、自分にできるか少し心配」

という方も大丈夫

何かあればフォローするので、

安心して仕事に取り組んでくださいね。

将来的には店長からエリアマネジャー

への昇格も可能です。

基本給:月給 21万4020円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり8万980円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
