About the Company / Role:
A leading global retail company is searching for a Regional Finance Director to cover several markets and grow their finance team.
This role will act as a strategic business partner focusing on FP&A.Highlights:

Responsibilities:
Own regional financial performance by translating strategy into forecasts, targets, and actionable insights in close partnership with senior APAC leadership.
Lead all long-term and annual planning processes, aligning resources, investments, and timelines to support multi-year growth objectives.
Deliver rigorous financial oversight through ongoing performance reviews, risk/opportunity assessments, and executive-level presentations.
Strengthen financial governance by improving planning, reporting, investment evaluation, and close processes while embedding best practices across the region.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in senior finance roles in a global retail or consumer goods companies.
Proven ability to lead ambiguity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Advanced analytical capability with hands-on experience in enterprise systems, planning platforms, BI tools, and multi-currency operations.
