Job Description
・担当エリアの売上目標達成および社内ガイドラインに基づくプライシングコントロールを行う
・重要顧客とネットワークを構築し良好な関係を維持する
・市場、顧客、競合に関する情報を常時収集し、エリア内外に共有するとともに必要に応じて関係部門にもフィードバックする
・新製品上市に向けた営業戦略を担当エリアにおいて積極的に実行する
・製品の安全・適正使用に関する社内および顧客向け教育プログラムの立案を必要に応じてサポートする
・エリア内外の市場動向を把握し、製品戦略に基づくエリア戦略を積極的に実行する
・各関連法規、コンプライアンスを遵守し、社内規定に沿った活動を行う
・製品苦情に対して社内ルールに沿って、関係部門と協業しながら迅速かつ適切に対応する
Experience:
・医療業界の営業職経験 (3年以上が望ましい)
※医療業界での営業職経験無しでも営業職経験があればOK
・眼科領域における経験(1年以上が望ましい)
※眼科領域での営業職経験無しでも営業職経験があればOK
・PCスキル(Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook など)
・戦略的・論理的思考 ・プレゼンテーションスキル、優れた対人コミュニケーションスキル
・営業職における過去の実績(目標を上回る実績、表彰歴など)
・業界知識(眼科領域、法令、HCCガドライン、競合、その他)
・前向きに事業の成長に取り組むマインド
・普通自動車免許必須
