今回募集するのは、

オリジナル商品の企画立案から、

販売先への提案までを担う企画営業職。

ゼロから商品を形にし、

市場に届けるプロセスを

リードしていただきます。

※以下いずれかの実務経験を

2年以上お持ちの方が対象となります。

【仕事内容】

化粧品・トイレタリーを中心とした

新商品の企画、マーケティング、

販売戦略までを一貫して担当する

企画営業職をお任せします。

単なる"アイデア出し"ではなく、

市場調査・仕様検討・外部メーカーとの調整

バイヤー提案・販売戦略立案など、

商品化プロセスの上流〜下流まで

幅広く携わっていただくポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 新商品の企画立案
  • 設計内容の検討および社内外との調整
  • 販売先の選定、企画提案、バイヤーとの商談
  • 卸業者・売り場への商品持ち込み
  • 導入後の改善提案

※外部メーカーと協働して開発(ODM)を行います。

【必須条件】

  • 下記いずれかの実務経験が2年以上ある方

・商品企画の経験

・法人営業の経験

※業界は不問です

  • PCスキル(Excel、Word)
  • 高卒以上

基本給:月給 35万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし
