仕事内容:

書類作成やデータ入力など、事務全般をお任せします

急成長中の不動産ベンチャーをバックオフィスから支えるポジションです。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・契約書や報告書の作成・確認

・請求書や領収書の作成・送付

・郵送物の梱包・発送業務

・市場調査・情報収集

・管理ツールへの情報登録

・営業担当者の社内サポート など

【使用ツール】

主にGoogleワークスペースのスプレッドシートやドキュメントなどを使用します。

【仕事のポイント】

お客様からの問い合わせなどは専門部署が対応するため、

事務スタッフは目の前の業務に集中できる環境です。

基本的なPC操作ができれば問題ありません。

事務経験をお持ちの方は、リーダー候補として月給30万円以上でスタートできます。

平均年齢28歳と若手が中心で、活発なコミュニケーションが取れる居心地の良い環境です。

月給25万円以上、リーダー候補であれば月給30万円以上も可能です。

賞与は年2回(昨年度実績2.5ヵ月分)支給され、安定した収入を得られます。

勤務時間は10時スタートで、土日祝休み、年間休日120日以上と、

プライベートも充実させやすい環境です。

10日以上の連続休暇も取得可能です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■月給:25万円~40万円+賞与(年2回)

※経験・スキルを考慮して決定します。

※上記月給には固定残業代30時間分(月4万8000円~)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

■賞与:年2回(12月・6月)

※昨年度実績2.5ヵ月分(業績による)

■昇給:年1回(4月)
