Position Overview
Marvelous Designerの3Dデザイン スペシャリスト は主にクリエーター向けソフトウェア教育および、コンテンツ制作を担当するポジションです。ソフトウエアの専門家としてMarvelous Designerの機能を熟知し、様々な3D/CGツールを組み合わせて、よりクリエイティブなアートワークを制作するソリューションをユーザーに紹介します。
Marvelous Designerのビジネス理解とゲーム/アニメーション業界の最新トレンドやプラットフォームの要求事項を把握し、これに基づいてユーザー体験を向上させることを目指します。皆様のご応募を心よりお待ちしております。
Responsibilities(業務内容)
- ゲーム・アニメーション企業および教育機関に関連するコンサルティングの提供
- クライアントのリクエストを収集・分析し、グローバルR&DチームおよびMarvelous Designerの各事業チームに報告
- 企業・教育機関または個人ユーザーを対象としたセミナーやオンラインライブストリーミングを企画およびリード
- 日本国内のクリエイターがMarvelous Designerを利用して、より簡単かつクリエイティブなアートワークを制作できるよう、様々な教育および映像コンテンツを作成
- Marvelous Designerのユーザビリティに関するユーザーからのお問い合わせに対応
- Marvelous Designerグローバルチームとの協業および実行
Requirements(必須条件)
- Marvelous Designer関連の3年以上のゲームまたはVFX、アニメーション業界での経験がある方
- CG業界に関するワークフローの知識または3DS Max, Autodesk Maya、Substance、Blender等、様々なDCCツールを利用した実務経験がある方(※ ポートフォリオには、上記のソフトウェアを使用した作品を必ず含めてください。)
Plus if you have(歓迎スキル)
- 日本語を母国語とし、英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力を持つ方
- 映像制作ツール(Adobe Premiere Pro、Camtasiaなど)の使用が可能な方
- ZBrush、Houdini、Unreal Engineの使用経験がある方
- ソフトウェアのユーザビリティに関する教育経験をお持ちの方
