Job Purpose
The core mission is to elevate branded materials within not only Marketing and Communications but also the overall organization to establish a coherent and standardized brand that is in align with global branding.
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Design and produce materials: Create visual content for digital campaigns (social media, email, web banners) and print materials (brochures, presentations, advertisements).
Brand management: Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and copywriting teams to develop creative concepts and translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals.
Project management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and preparing final files for production.
Creative problem-solving: Contribute creative ideas and develop eye-catching campaigns that align with marketing goals and target audience.
Technical proficiency: Use design software like Adobe Photoshop and maintain an awareness of design trends and best practices. Experience and knowledge of front-end web technologies like HTML and CSS a significant plus.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Specific Qualifications / Capabilities
Core capabilities:
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and a range of design skills for both digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of marketing principles and user experience.
Experience writing for marketing channels is sometimes preferred.
Business level English and communication level Japanese is required.
Skills below a plus:
Digital campaign / advertising and media mix experience
Project management, including use of Agile methodologies
Total Experience
At least 5 years of experience in design
Experience in design for both digital and traditional media
Experience working with creative agencies a plus
