We are currently looking for an Application Specialist to provide PolyWorks-related technical services.
You didn't have the chance to work with PolyWorks yet? Don't worry, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
- Provide to our customers training sessions to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
- Perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers
- Communicate the specific needs of our customers to the software development team
- Assist business partners in giving software demonstrations to potential customers
Qualifications
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Good written and spoken Japanese and English
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes
