Role Description:
・ベストなプリセールス/ポストセールスの経験(デモとフォローアップ)を重点エリアの顧客に提供する
・高品質でタイムリーなデモレポートとチームやパートナー企業へのフィードバックを行う
・希望する製品の機能強化について、BL/マーケティングへのフィードバックを行う
・製品の安全使用および適正使用に関するトレーニング及び立ち会い移管に向けた顧客に対する適切なトレーニングを実施する
・他国のICE Clinical Specialistと情報交換し、最新の知識と知見に関して共有する
・医療機器公正取引規約に定めた範囲での立ち会いと、有償立ち会い契約の合意を得る
・手技の成功を通じて自社製品の価値を最大化し、導入に向けた商談創出をサポートする
・不足した機能や改善点に対する効果的な応酬話法を用いた自社製品価値の最大化に取り組む
・セットアップの正しい研究テーマと共同プロジェクトの範囲を設定し、プロジェクトを維持/実行する"

担当エリア・顧客に対する年間目標達成のため、自身に課せられたアクションアイテムを遂行する。
Job requisition:
・ヘルスケア分野での営業経験、アプリケーション、マーケティング経験3年以上
・言語: 日本語【ネイティブ】&英語【ビジネスレベル(上級)】 ※米国での研修を行う可能性あり、英語での面接あり
・医療業界全般と超音波機器に関する専門的な知識
・競合他社・パートナー企業に関する知識
・高いゴールを設定し、それを達成するためにあきらめずに邁進する実行力とスキル
・ゴールに向かってステークホルダーや他部署の社員と良い関係を構築できるスキル
・社内外の様々な情報を体系的に整理し、それらをもとに長期的な戦略を立案できるスキル
・顧客のニーズに焦点を当て、顧客満足を高めるために考えて行動するスキル
・当社製品に関し、超音波診断技師へのトレーニングを実施し、理解させるスキル
・困難な状況下においても、既存の手法に囚われることなく柔軟な発想で解決策を検討し上長に提案する積極性
・ICE Clinical Specialist業務を通じた良い製品評価の獲得と、商談獲得実現に寄与するとの意識
