【業務内容】

AIドライブレコーダーを提供する同社において、

カスタマーサクセス部門の全体戦略を支える「仕組みづくり」を担う企画職を募集します。

利用状況データ(リスク運転削減率やログイン頻度など)を分析し、

人的リソースに依存しないサクセスモデル(テックタッチ・ロータッチ)を通じて、

顧客のサクセス=「事故削減・安全運転の定着」を実現していただきます。

CRM構築とデータ分析を武器に、

管理者だけでなく現場の「ドライバー(エンドユーザー)」の行動変容を促すことが最大のミッションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • データ分析に基づいた利用促進施策の実行
  • 利用データのモニタリング・分析

「リスク運転の削減度合い」「ログイン頻度」「初期セットアップの完了状況」などの重要KPIを定点観測し、顧客の状態を可視化します。

  • ヘルススコア設計と予兆検知

上記データを基に顧客の健康状態(ヘルススコア)を定義し、活用が進んでいない顧客や、リスクが高まっている顧客を自動検知する仕組みを構築します。

  • データ起点の介入施策(テックタッチ)

「セットアップ未完了ユーザーへの自動フォロー」「リスク運転が多いドライバーへの教育コンテンツ自動配信」など、データトリガーでの活用促進施策を実行します。

  • テックタッチ・ロータッチの仕組み化

オンボーディングプロセスの自動化(メールオートメーション、アプリ内ガイド等の整備)

人的コストを削減しつつ、顧客満足度を維持・向上させるロータッチモデルの運用フロー構築

  • CS基盤の構築(CRM/Ops)

カスタマーサクセス用CRMの要件定義、導入、運用フローの確立

散在するプロダクト利用データと顧客情報をCRMへ統合し、ネクストアクションが明確になる環境を整備する
