【職務概要】
同社は、東京都心を中心にマンション開発を行う、デベロッパーです。
これまでは、外部パートナーと連携して建築設備設計を行っていましたが、今後の事業拡大に伴い、自社内に設備設計の専門部門を立ち上げることになりました。
本ポジションでは設備設計部門の立ち上げ責任者として以下の業務をお任せします。

■社内外との折衝、業務フローの整備
■新築マンション(投資用・実需用など)の設備基本計画・設計・設計監理
■外部設計事務所との協業・マネジメント
■社内の仕入れ・建築・施工部門との連携
■将来的なチームビルディング、メンバー採用・育成

・新築集合住宅の、設備設計の実務経験がある方(10年以上目安)
・設備設計者としての、監理・品質管理の経験がある方

・設備設計一級建築士
・設備設計部門の、マネジメント経験がある方
・デベロッパーや設計事務所、ゼネコンでの勤務経験がある方

【給与】
年収:700万~1000万程度
月給制:月額500000円
給与:※想定月額には、ライフプラン手当:50,000円を含む
賞与:年1回 ※業績連動
