Retail Sales Head | Consumer & Construction 小売販売責任者 消費者・建設
Our client, a company in the consumer and construction industry, is seeking a Retail Sales Head to lead their sales strategy and drive market penetration. This role offers the opportunity to establish and expand a retail business from the ground up, eventually developing a high-performing sales team. The position provides a chance to work closely with retail partners and engage end users to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- 市場シェア拡大を目指した小売パートナーとの戦略の策定
- 小売製品ポートフォリオの管理と更新
- 顧客体験を向上させるためのエンドユーザー向けプログラムの設計
- 高パフォーマンスの販売チームのリードと育成
- 各種店舗タイプでのプレゼンスを強化する機会の特定
- 企業および地域代表との戦略的連携のための協力
- Develop strategies to increase market share with retail partners
- Oversee and update retail product portfolio
- Design end-user engagement programs to enhance customer experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Identify opportunities to deepen store presence across shop types
- Collaborate with corporate and regional representatives for strategic alignment
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 小売販売管理の実績
- ホームセンター(DIY)ビジネスでの強力なネットワーク
- 5年以上のクロスファンクショナルチームの管理経験
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 多国籍企業での経験
- B2B2C販売モデルの経験
- 小売実行と店舗レイアウト戦略に精通
- デジタルツールの使用に精通し、eコマースの理解があること
- Proven experience in retail sales management
- Strong network in the home center (DIY) business
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
- Experience in multinational companies
- Experience with B2B2C sales models
- Familiarity with retail execution and store layout strategies
- Digital savviness and understanding of eCommerce
