  • 関東エリアの共楽堂店舗にて下記の業務をお任せします。

・菓子の接客販売

・店舗運営全般(在庫管理・スタッフの指導・シフト作成・ディスプレイなど店頭づくり)

・百貨店や商業施設側担当者との打ち合わせ、企画提案

業務にお慣れ頂いたのちできる限り早期に店舗をお任せして「店長」としての活躍を期待しています。

ご経験などに応じて適宜ご相談させて頂きます。

<旬果瞬菓 共楽堂について>

昭和8年創業、広島県三原市の「共楽堂」は季節の素材を生かした創作菓子を追求している菓子店です。旬の果物や穀類、野菜などを使用し、その一瞬輝くお菓子を提供していくことを表現した「旬果瞬菓(しゅんかしゅんか)」をコンセプトにしています。旬のマスカットをひと粒ずつ求肥で手包みした「ひとつぶのマスカット」は、40年を超える歴史を持つロングセラー商品です。

本求人は、正社員の中途求人です。

仕事にお慣れ頂いたのちできるだけ早期に「店長」として活躍頂ける方を募集します。

(店舗の希望はそれほど大きくなく、数人から~多くても10人以下です)

何らかの「販売」「接客」などの経験がある方、特に店長や、部門リーダーなどの経験がある方は優遇

・年数問わず販売経験、近い業務経験のある方は優遇します

・店長やリーダー経験のある方、大歓迎

・正社員デビュー、第2新卒の方歓迎

・学歴不問

・お菓子が好きな方歓迎

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間 〜 195時間30分

※月ごとにシフトにて詳細は決定します

  • 年間変形労働時間制により、1日の所定労働時間は月により変動します。

例)繁忙期は8.5時間、閑散期は7.5時間、など

配属店舗の営業時間によって、始業時間と終業時間は変動します。

「10時頃に開店、20~21時ごろに閉店」の店舗が多いですが、店舗により早まったり遅くなることはあります。

休日休暇

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万3400円 〜 23万200円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・昇給あり

・交通費全額支給(公共交通機関利用分)

給与例

  • 月の総支給額(基本給+固定残業代)23.5万~30万(年収300~400万)
  • ご経験に応じて設定いたします

※「月給23.5万」の場合

基本給213400円+固定残業代21600円(14時間相当)

※「月給30万」の場合

基本給230200円+固定残業代69800円(42時間相当)

残業が設定時間を超えた場合には、超過分を追加で支払います。

  • 交通費

公共交通機関利用分は全額支給(上限なし)

マイカー通勤の場合は別途算定基準に基づいて支給します。

  • 住宅手当について

勤務・通勤に適するエリア内で、一人暮らしをする場合は住宅手当を支給

(上限2.5万円。「月額賃料の半額」が2.5万円を下回る場合は、その額を支給)

  • 家族手当あり

職場環境

  • 年齢や年次に関わらずフラットな雰囲気のある社風ですまた「関東営業部」は前向きで臨機応変に動ける社員が多く、困った時は助け合って業務を進めていく風土が根付いています。
  • デパ地下など施設内の店舗が職場で、少なくて3~4人、多くても10人程度の規模です。
