仕事内容:

契約社員として、認定こども園で子どもたちの成長を支える保育業務全般にあたります。

北海道札幌市北区の新川西三条に位置する、2020年4月に開園したばかりのきれいな保育園です。

令和2年4月の開園以来、令和4年4月には認定こども園へと進化を遂げた当園。

「豊かに生きる~子どもの笑顔、周りの笑顔で~」という理念のもと、心身の健やかな成長、生活習慣の基礎づくり、

人間関係構築力、そして自ら考え挑戦する力を育むカリキュラムで、一人ひとりの可能性を広げています。

あなたにお任せするのは、クラス運営全般です。

子どもたちの身の回りのお世話、保護者対応、書類業務、清掃など、保育現場に必要な業務を幅広く経験できます。

未経験の方でも、きっと子どもたちの笑顔に癒され、やりがいを感じられるでしょう。

きれいな環境で、プライベートも大切にしながら働ける環境がここにはあります。

日祝は固定休で、土曜は隔週での休み。残業はほぼなく、7時間の勤務時間で充実した一日を過ごせます。

時間単位の有給取得も可能ですので、急な予定にも対応しやすい職場です。
