募集背景
建築・建設産業は、就労人口の減少・職人の高齢化・低生産性など多くの構造課題を抱えています。私たちは、これらの課題にテクノロジーで挑むSaaSプロダクトを展開し、圧倒的な業界リーダーを目指しています。
事業・組織の急拡大に伴い、採用活動をより一層強化するため、「開発本部 組織開発部」での増員募集を行います。

仕事内容
技術ブランディング領域からアンドパッドの Technology First を牽引していただきます。
採用広報はアンドパッドの開発組織が取り組んでいる技術領域や、開発に携わるメンバーに関して社内・社外へ発信し、技術ブランディングと採用マーケティングを行うポジションです。
このポジションでは、日々変化するエンジニア採用市場のトレンドをキャッチし、自らマーケティング戦略を考え、企画に起こし、それを実行する行動力が求められます。
マーケティング施策の実行は、エンジニアのみならず、採用担当、広報担当、執筆担当、デザイナー、各部門責任者など、社内・社外を含め多くの関係者との共同作業になります。
そのため、企画を考える創造性と、関係者と信頼を構築しスケジュール管理やコンテンツなどの品質管理を行いながら業務を遂行する推進力の両方が必要となってきます。
挑戦的で難易度の高い業務ですが、その分、多くの人と喜びを分かち合え、企業価値への貢献度も高い仕事です。
具体的な業務内容
採用・技術ブランディング戦略の企画立案
- 技術コミュニティ、採用候補者、社内・社外エンジニア、社内・社外広報、社内・社外人事、メディアとの関係構築
- エンジニア向けイベント企画・運営
- エンジニア向け採用インタビュー企画・編集・ディレクション
- エンジニア向けコンテンツの企画・実行
- 社内広報の企画立案・実行
- テックブログ運営
- 技術スポンサーに関する企画・マネジメント・運営
- SNS運用、社内・社外へのコンテンツリリース告知
- マーケティング活動の効果計測・分析
- ANDPAD 開発本部公式Xの運用
- Podcastの企画・ディレクション
その他、エンジニアと協力し技術ブランディングに必要な広報活動にご対応いただきます。

本求人は開発本部内の「組織開発部 企画チーム」への配属となります。
採用チームと連携しながら広報戦略の策定、実施を行います。
必要な経験やスキル
- エンジニアリングへの高い興味関心と基礎的な知識
- 技術専門職とのコミュニケーション・取材経験
- 企画の立案・実行・効果分析した経験
- 情報発信のディレクションを行える高いライティング能力
- 複数の関係者との関係構築をしながらプロジェクトを進めた経験
