【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】

日立製作所のITセクターであるデジタルシステム&サービス事業(DSS)において、コーポレート機能(企画、ファイナンス、人事、ITなど)組織を担当する人事部。

DSSは日立の今後の成長ドライバーであるLumada推進の要としての期待が高く、その成長をリードするためには「強いコーポレート」が求められている。「直轄人事部」は、この「強いコーポレート」実現のために人事・組織面の変革をリードするHRBP組織であることから、AI Agent化においても「クライアント・ゼロ」(自分自身が最初の顧客としてサービス価値を体現する)として先進的な取り組みを志向する部となる。

【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】

Microsoft Copilot365をはじめ、各種AI Agentおよび関連技術を活用しながら、「市民開発(シチズン・デベロップメント)」としてノーコード・ローコードで部業務のAI Agent化を進める。

【募集背景】

DSS直轄人事部はAI Agentによる業務の圧倒的な効率化に挑戦している。現在は直轄人事部に閉じず、できるだけ幅広く活用できる共通業務のAgent化に取り組んでいるが、直轄人事部内の固有業務の割合も大きいため、この直轄人事部固有業務のAI Agent化にも並行して取り組みたい。中期的には直轄人事部だけでなくシチズン・デベロップメントを広げていくことを視野に入れると、現業を抱えながら片手間でAgent化を進めるよりも、この取り組みを主業務として取り組んでもらえる人財を新規採用したい

【職務概要】

直轄人事部のHRBP機能部署として保持している各職場を組織・人財面からサポートするための諸オペレーションを、ノーコード・ローコードでAI Agent化する

【職務詳細】

・直轄人事の業務オペレーションを理解する(背景、目的、作業、扱うデータ、頻度、量等)

・オペレーションをAI Agent化するための設計を行う

・設計に基づき、Microsoft Copilot365をはじめとしたAI Agent製品を活用して実装する

・ユーザーとともにテストし、精度向上し、効率化に資すると判断できるものから本番活用へ移行する

・本番活用しているものについても継続的に活用状況を確認し、必要に応じてアップデートする

1.配属組織について

・直轄人事部内で主にオペレーションを担当している「直轄人事G」に配属を予定

・直轄人事Gは現在7名。直轄人事部全体は16名

・ほとんどがキャリア採用で入社しているチームなので多様性が高くフラットな雰囲気

・チームの特徴は、相互信頼と継続学習、そして変化のリード

2.働き方について

・在宅勤務可能

・通常は週1回以上はチーム出社日を設定しているが事情あればこの日も含めてリモート可

・勤務開始時間・終了時間は柔軟に調整可能。必要あれば、中抜けも可(業務時間・量は担保されることが前提)

・基礎的なMS Office操作(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

【歓迎条件】

・Microsoft Copilot365利用経験(特にCopilot, PowerAutomate、PowerApps等)

・プログラミング経験(言語は問わない)

【給与】

■想定月給:205,000〜431,000円

■想定年収:3,700,000〜8,000,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。

【勤務時間】

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)※柔軟に調整可能

※事業所によって時間帯が異なる場合あり。
