【仕事内容】

「マネーフォワードクラウド」は、バックオフィスのデータを連携させ、

業務を自動化するクラウドサービスです。

デザイナーは、ユーザーの業務課題解決と、仕事を通じた人生の豊かさを目指しデザインに取り組んでいます。

現在20を超えるサービスを展開し、事業領域の拡大と既存プロダクトの成長を図っています。

複数プロダクトに関わるユーザー体験向上のため、リードプロダクトデザイナーを募集しています。

プロダクトマネージャーと連携し、ユーザーリサーチからUIデザインまで幅広く担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・ ユーザーの課題や要求の可視化や整理から解決案を考え、プロトタイピング、

最終的なUIデザインの落とし込みまで一気通貫で担当。

・ ユーザーリサーチ(定性/定量)

・ インサイトの分析

・ ペルソナ、ユーザーストーリー、サービスブループリント、カスタマージャーニー等の作成

・ 要件定義、情報設計

・ ワイヤーや遷移図等のプロトタイピング

・ FigmaでのUIデザイン

・ デザインシステムとの連携

【求める人材】

・ 中・大規模のウェブアプリケーションでUI/UXデザインをリードしたご経験

・ 主体的に課題を発見し、その解決策としてのUI/UXデザインを行われた経験

・ デザインの際に目的を設定し、かつその意図や必要性を他者に説明できるスキル

・ ユーザーリサーチ、分析手法の実践的な知識と経験

・ OOUIの情報設計やモデリングの実践的な知識と経験

・ 英語でのコミュニケーションや英語学習に抵抗がないこと

【給与】

年収650~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
