The ideal candidate will design and lead user-centric experiences for a multilingual enterprise-grade B2B analytics platform used by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and align product concepts with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- Understand and integrate business rules, technical logic, and product goals into the design process
- Define and lead the design vision, roadmap, and KPIs
- Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful user experiences
- Advocate for user accessibility and inclusive design for both novice and advanced users
- Conduct and analyze user research, including contextual inquiries and usability testing
- Ensure compliance with WCAG and internal standards for accessibility
- Mentor a junior designer and contribute to building a design-centered team culture
- Communicate design strategies effectively and partner with engineers to ensure implementation feasibility
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in UI/UX and product design with a strong web and enterprise product portfolio
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications with full CRUD functionality
- Experience designing for multilingual platforms (including English and Japanese)
- Proven success with high-traffic web products (5,000+ monthly active users)
- Hands-on KPI experience using System Usability Scale (SUS)
- B2B SaaS or analytics platform design experience (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiarity with Japanese language or culture
- Practical understanding of modern front-end technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React)
- 5+ years in a design leadership role including mentoring and hiring
- Experience designing for data-sensitive environments
- English portfolio submission required
