*募集ポジション概要*
TektomeのUXデザイナーとして、AIを活用したAEC領域のワークフロー体験設計をリードしていただきます。
建築家やエンジニアの実際の業務をリサーチし、AIが支援する未来のワークフローを構想。得られた知見をUXストーリーや図解、プロトタイプとして体系化していきます。
あなたのデザイン成果は、プロダクト、エンジニアリング、AIリサーチなど多職種のチームがユーザーの本質的なニーズで足並みを揃えるための基盤となります。
※本ポジションは日本国内在住の方のみ対象です。
*主な業務内容*
- 建築設計、施工、施設管理などにおけるワークフローのリサーチおよびドキュメント化
- インタビューやワークショップを通じてユーザーの課題、KPI、AI活用の機会を特定
- Figma、BPMN、Miroなどを用いて理想的な未来のワークフローやUXを設計
- UXストーリーシート、Before/Afterシナリオ、ペルソナ、プロセスマップなどの作成
- PM、建築家、AIリサーチャー、エンジニアとの密な協働によるユーザー中心設計の推進
- 図解、ビジョンボード、プロンプトテンプレート、デモ用データなどのビジュアル資産制作
- ケーススタディ、デモ資料、プロダクトプレゼンテーション等の外部向け成果物への貢献
*応募資格(必須)*
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語日常会話レベル
- UX/UIデザイン、サービスデザイン、業務設計などの分野で5年以上の実務経験
- ワークフローやユーザージャーニーを可視化・構造化するスキル
- Figma、Miro、Notionなどを用いた設計成果物の作成スキル
- インタビュー、フィールド調査、ワークショップ等の定性調査経験
- エンジニアやPMとの要件定義やシステム設計の協働経験
- 複雑なアイデアを論理的かつビジュアルでわかりやすく表現できる力
- エンタープライズまたはB2Bプロダクトのデザイン経験

- 建築・プラント・BIM(Building Information Modeling)領域への知見または関心
- AI活用ツールや自動化システムのUX設計経験
- プロンプトデザイン、RAGパイプライン、AIアシスタントUXパターンの理解
