Drive the user experience for an innovative HR Tech platform and mentor the next generation of designers.

■ About our client

Our client is a fast-growing HR Tech startup revolutionizing human resources management. They offer a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where creativity is highly valued.

■ Position Overview

As the UI/UX Design Lead, you'll shape the user experience of cutting-edge HR software. You will translate user needs into intuitive designs by collaborating with engineers and PMs. A key part of this role is mentoring junior designers to ensure high design standards across all platforms.

■ Responsibilities

・Lead the design and execution of UI/UX strategies for new and existing products

・Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

・Conduct user research and usability testing

・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency

・Mentor and guide junior designers

■ Requirements

・5+ years of experience in UI/UX design

・1+ year in a design leadership role

・Strong portfolio showing design skill & team impact

・Experience designing complex, usable & scalable web apps

・Strong communication, collaboration & feedback skills

・Experience with design systems

・Business-level English proficiency

【Nice-to-have】

・7+ years of experience in UI/UX design

・Experience as Creative Director or similar lead role

・2+ years of autonomous people management experience

・Strong proficiency in Japanese
