About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of visual design and solid frontend skills. In this role, you will help shape human–computer interactions by turning user needs and interaction logic into seamless, intuitive web experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Backend Developers to drive the UI/UX design process and efficiently bring your designs to life in frontend code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-centered web interfaces and interaction flows (forms, search, dashboards, chat, etc.);
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate UX concepts;
- Collaborate with PMs and AI/backend engineers to present data and model outputs clearly;
- Help build and maintain a scalable design system and frontend component library;
- Optimize page performance and interaction quality with the engineering team;
- Support usability testing and analytics; propose data-driven UI/UX improvements;
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and provide design effort estimates;
- Document design guidelines, components, and usage for cross-team alignment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI or Interaction Designer in tech, internet, or SaaS product environments;
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD or similar design and prototyping tools;
- Basic understanding and reading ability of HTML/CSS/JavaScript Able to communicate effectively with engineering teams about implementation details;
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with PMs and engineers;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for large-scale or complex systems, such as B2B software or data-heavy dashboards.
- Proficiency or hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with responsive web design and cross-device layout optimization.
- Prior experience integrating LLM / NLP products (e.g. chatbots, smart QA interfaces) into web UI.
- Research interest or practical experience in AI + UX, Generative UI, or multimodal interaction (e.g. combining text, voice, images).
