【事業・組織構成の概要】

自動車におけるソフトウェアの重要性が増す中、近い将来、SDV(Software-Defined Vehicle)が当たり前になることが想定されます。そうしたパラダイムシフトが起きる中で、自動車OEMと共創する形でNECの新たな事業を創出するべく全社横断で取り組んでいるプロジェクトの中心となって推進するグループです。

【職務内容】

自動車業界、特にSDVに関する豊富な知見を活かし、以下観点で貢献頂くことを想定。

ご経験によりビジネス、テクノロジーのいずれかでの領域にてご活躍いただくことを期待しております。

・自動車OEM(日系)との共創活動を円滑に推進していく為のノウハウ提供

・自動車OEM(日系)の商習慣や取引を理解し、折衝シナリオを考える

<テクノロジー>

・将来を見通した、SDVのアーキテクチャを想定し、NECが取るべきポジションの具体化

・SDVの特にソフトウェア開発プロセスを熟知している

・SDV開発のリーダー経験

・OEMでの勤務経験。

・知財戦略などにおける知見。特許出願経験。

<テクノロジー>

・SDVにおけるE&Eアーキテクチャに関する知見

・AD/ADAS開発に関する知見

・TCU、OTA等SDVのコネクティブに関する知見

・年収1100万〜1700万円程度

・月給80万〜110万円程度(月額基本給80万〜110万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による

プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合

・年収930万〜1200万円程度

・月給58万〜80万円程度(月額基本給58万〜80万円程度を含む)
