新規訪問・飛び込みは一切ありません

【業務内容】

法人のお客様に対して、当社のシール・一般印刷サービスをご案内いただく営業職です。

お客様からヒアリングした内容をもとに、最適な商品をご提案。

見積書の作成から、社内スタッフとの調整、納品までのスケジュール管理を担当していただきます。

【営業スタイル】

担当するのは、すでに取引のあるお客様のみ。

新規開拓や飛び込み営業などは一切ありません。

関係性のある企業との継続的なやりとりが中心の、信頼重視の営業です。

【訪問エリア】

大阪市内を拠点に、東大阪や尼崎方面の企業を訪問。

担当件数は1日5~10件程度、取引先は約200社です。

慣れてくると月に50~60社の対応をお任せしていきます。

【仕事の進め方】

原稿を受け取った後、内容の確認と見積提示を行い、

その後、製造・制作部門と連携して納品までをスムーズに管理します。

社内とのチームワークが重要な業務です。

【取り扱い製品】

シール印刷:訂正用・箔押し・変形シールなど

一般印刷:チラシ、パンフレット、ポスター、名刺など多種多様な商材を展開

既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 英語力不問 / 未経験OK / 学歴不問

・要普通自動車免許(AT限定可能)

・PC基本操作できる方

9:00~18:00

  • 実働7.5時間(休憩90分あり)

給与


月給 272,000円 ~ (※想定年収 3,264,000円 ~ )

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 47,000円 以上

みなし残業時間 25時間

内訳

基本給:185,000円~

技能手当:10,000~40,000円

住宅手当:30,000円

  • 昇給あり(年1回)
  • 賞与(年2回/前年度実績 計1.5ヵ月分)
  • 交通費支給(上限30000円/月)

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
