1日に100万台以上が走る首都高・関越道などの高速道路を、キレイに、安心して使えるように整備・点検する仕事です。

【具体的な業務詳細】

  • 担当エリア:東京都内および埼玉県内の高速道路

  • 作業内容:

・舗装面の補修や美装化工事

・ガードレール、防音壁の交換作業

・トンネル・高架の清掃や点検作業

・事故や災害発生時の復旧作業対応

・雪のシーズンには除雪・凍結防止剤の散布

・道路をパトロール車で巡回し、異常を点検

作業は1チーム3~7名体制で行い、

現場での実働は5~6時間程度です。

出発は浦和の事務所に集合し、

その後現場へトラックで向かいます。

2025年度は更に事業を拡大させていくことを目標に

首都高、NEXCO関連ともに幅広く仕事を受注していく予定です

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

シフト制

1日の実働時間 4時間00分~12時間00分

<時間帯>

昼勤務/6:00~17:00

夜勤務/17:00~26:00

昼勤務例

8:00~17:00

8:00~14:00

8:30~19:00

夜勤務例

17:00~翌1:00

19:00~翌2:00

21:00~翌3:00

  • 集合時間・勤務時間は日により異なり、作業が終わり次第帰社し片付け後帰宅。
  • 休憩時間は1時間必ず取得。

作業員A日勤:夜勤=8:2

作業員B日勤:夜勤=5:5

夏は日勤が増える傾向が高く、冬は夜勤の割合が増える傾向です

※夏でも作業員Cのように9割型夜勤の人もいます

給与詳細


基本給:月給 35万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

※給与は経験に応じて決定します。

※働き方(<お休み重視><稼ぎ重視>)によって稼働日が変わるため、月給が変動する可能性がございます

昼:日給1万3000円~

夜:日給1万6000円~

※勤務時間が8時間未満の場合も支給

※天候による待機のみ、現場集合後に中止となった場合も日給保障

※夏季特別手当、冬季特別手当を支給する場合有り

給与例

  • 年収720万円/入社10年目

(月収60万円 ※日給2万円×264日+各種手当)

  • 年収420万円/入社2年目

(月収38万円 ※日給1万4000円×264日+各種手当)

  • 年収510万円/20代 入社5年目

(月収42万円 ※日給1万5000円×264日+各種手当)
