【職務内容】
資本金10億円以上、従業員1,000人以上、売上数百億円以上の企業を中心に、大手企業向けアカウントを戦略的に開拓します。
代表・営業責任者、場合によっては役員やパートナーのネットワークを活用し、取締役・経営層との商談から関係構築をスタート。
いわゆるエグゼクティブタッチを軸に、社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら合意形成を推進していきます。
【具体的には】
■大手企業の経営層との商談・戦略的リレーション構築
■個社別にシナリオを策定しながら新規提案、アップセル(追加提案)、クロスセル(新機能・キャンペーン提案)を行う
■契約・見積対応、案件進捗会議など
※商談形式はオンライン×訪問のハイブリッド型
※1社1社個別に最適な戦略を組み立てる、裁量の大きな環境です
※カイクラはシンプルで分かりやすく、ほとんどのお客様が導入時点で高評価。ARPA(MRR)は1拠点約5万円で、ユーザー数は無制限です。

■法人営業経験
└ご経験のある業界・商材などは問いません。個人予算を持って取り組む営業のご経験がある方を想定しています。
◎先輩たちもIT業界が未経験だったメンバーばかりですが、入社後に必要な知識が学べるため、しっかり活躍しています

■折衝経験があり、傾聴力や関係性構築力をお持ちの方
■営業目線で考え、数字を追うことに抵抗がない方
