食品メーカーの品質管理・実験アシスタントのお仕事業務、業界未経験の方も大歓迎です

近年、スーパーやコンビニでは飲料やデザート、惣菜、お弁当など

多様な食品が並び、私たちの生活を支えています。

その一方で、食品をより安心しておいしく食べられる状態で届けるための技術は、

かつてないほど求められるようになっています。

今回募集するお仕事は、食品ごとの特性に合わせて保存性を高める処方を研究し、

光・熱・酸素などによる劣化を防ぐ技術を開発する企業での品質管理・実験サポートです。

この仕事は、単に「食品を長持ちさせる」だけではありません。

食品ロス削減という社会的課題の解決にも直結する重要な役割です。

栄養士や理系バックグラウンドを持つ方は、

食品成分や保存方法の知識を活かして、

消費者にとって安全で価値ある食を提供する研究に貢献できます。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 食品の成分分析、添加物の分析業務

:残留農薬、添加物、保存料、アレルギー物質などの前処理

:水蒸気蒸留装置や分光光度計を用いて測定

:実験報告書の作成

資格


【必須スキル】

・理系の高専以上

※ 理化学系知識を習得され、学校で分析の基礎知識を学んだ方。

【あれば望ましい経験やスキル】

・分析経験者(業界不問)

学生時代の実験でも十分です

・栄養士関連の資格、勉強

【教育・サポート体制】
