◆攻めのIT:全社の生産性最大化に向けた業務改革
・各部門の業務フローや課題の深掘りと、システム要件定義のリード
・全社視点で持続可能かつセキュアなシステムアーキテクチャの企画・設計
・Salesforceなど基幹システムの活用拡大と業務改善の推進
◆守りのIT:信頼性あるIT基盤の構築と維持
・SaaSツール(Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce等)の運用最適化・管理
・情報セキュリティ施策の企画・実行、インシデント発生時の対応
・デバイス管理(MDM)およびヘルプデスク機能の統括
・ISMS認証の維持・運用、IT全般統制の主担当としての各種対応
