【仕事内容】

同社は、ポケモンカードゲームおよび

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocketに関連するカードイラストや

パッケージイラストの制作ディレクション全般を担う企画開発会社です。

イラストレーターとの窓口業務やクオリティチェック、スケジュール管理など、

イラスト制作業務全般を担当します。

将来的にはイラストチームのピープルマネジメントも行う予定です。

また、拡張パックやスターターセット、プレイマットなど、

ポケモンカードゲーム関連の制作物全般に関わります。

【具体的には】

イラスト制作業務

・ 世界観やストーリーに沿ったカードやパッケージイラストの企画提案

・ イラストレーターとの窓口業務

(発注、納品データの確認、監修チェックバック、請求書の確認、新規イラストレーターの開拓など)

・ イラスト発注時の資料・ラフの作成

・ イラストのクオリティチェック

・ スケジュールを考慮した現場のリード

・ 動画デジタルカード制作のディレクション・進行

【求める人材】

※顔写真付き履歴書及びポートフォリオ提出必須

・ イラスト制作に業務として携わった経験(ディレクション経験やイラスト企画提案業務経験など)

・ Photoshopの基本操作ができる

・ 複数の部署や外部関係会社と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロジェクトを推進した経験

【歓迎】

・ チームや人のマネジメントもしくは育成経験がある方(人数不問)

・ アニメーションなど映像作品の制作ディレクション、または演出経験のある方

・ キャラクター関連コンテンツの制作経験がある方

・ 美大もしくは美術系専門学校卒の方、またはデッサン力がある方

・ Illustratorの基本操作ができる方

・ 印刷知識がある方

【給与】

年収650~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
