スクール事業の核となる各種業務システムを対象に、
幅広い現場の課題をシステム面から解決していただきます。
■業務改善プロジェクトの推進
- 現場の課題を分析し、効率化やコスト削減につながる改善策を提案・実施
- 新規システム導入や既存システムのリプレイスを企画し、
要件定義から設計、テスト、導入、運用までを一貫して担当
- PLとして、部門間連携やベンダーコントロールを行い、円滑なPJ進行を実現
■既存システムの保守・運用
- 既存業務システムの安定稼働を維持し、要望に応じて改修や機能追加を実施
- 現場との調整やベンダーコントロール、チームリードを行い、改善を進行
■日常的なユーザーサポート
- 社内ユーザからの問い合わせやトラブル対応を実施

■ 業務システムの要件定義・設計・開発・運用までの一連の業務経験5年以上
■下記いずれかの分野に強みのある方
- 上流工程(課題設定を行い、要件定義や基本設計をリードできる方)
- 設計・開発工程(クラウドと設計・開発をリードし、技術課題とチームを動かせる方)

■プロジェクトリーダー経験
■BPR業務経験
■AI系プロジェクト経験
■クラウド(AWS)構築・運用経験
■デザイン業務経験
【給与】
年収:600万~1100万程度
月給制:月額500000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
