【具体的な仕事内容】

入社後1年ほどは不動産会社向けの営業を担当頂きます。

・最初の約1~3ヶ月は電話営業でアポイント獲得を担当

・その後、商談〜成約までを約9ヶ月〜1年担当

・その後、事業企画・マーケティング・データ分析・営業マネジメント等希望・状況に応じて担当

私は約1年ほど営業を担当した後、現在は新規事業企画を担当しています。

当然わからないことばかりですが、社長からも丁寧にフォローしてもらっており、成長実感を感じています♪

事業も急成長しており、年々給与も増えています。

また、働き方も正直超ホワイトです笑

年間休日は125日と月1回の休暇制度もあり、有給とくっつけて海外旅行に行く社員もいます。

さらに、残業は月10時間程度なので、毎日メリハリをつけて働けます

・フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイム:11:00~13:00)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥375,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収400万円 〜 500万円

固定残業代:あり

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

・月給250,000円~ 375,000円

・年4回の賞与+年1回の決算賞与を支給

・交通費3万円よりも交通費実費分が少ない場合はその余りのお金を住宅手当として支給

【モデル年収】

20代メンバー 年収550万

30代マネージャー 年収700万

※これから更に事業成長する予定ですので、給与も更に上げていく予定です
