全世界のお客様に安全・安心・快適な商品/サービスを提供する為に、現場に最適な技術研修教材と研修プログラム・研修管理手法を開発し、現地法人・ディストリビューターの技術研修機能を強化を目的に人員強化を図ります。
職務内容
【期待する役割・責任】
お客様に「早く・確実」なサービスを提供できる販売店テクニシャンを育成するために、現場に最適な技術研修教材と研修プログラム・研修管理手法を開発し、質の高い現法・Distの技術研修機能を実現することがミッションです。
【業務詳細】
入社後はその方の適切に合わせて業務をお任せします。
その後、研修や実務を通して一連の業務を担っていただくことを期待しています。
- 現地法人研修インストラクター・販売店テクニシャン向けの技術研修教材・プログラムの更新
- 新機構/新機種モデルの教材作成
- 新機構/新技術/新モデルに関連する研修用教材の作成を、研究所又はサービス部内他の課より情報を入手し、実車の取材を行いながら実施いただきます。
- 現地法人研修インストラクターの育成・認定
- 各国のディストリビューターの要請に基づき、日本、又は各国現地にて既存マニュアル/実車を活用しながら技術研修を行っていただきます
- 技術研修プログラムのデジタル化と新技術の導入推進

【研修・キャリアパス】
入社後はOJT研修や座学を通して技術や研修のスキルを身につけていただきます。
サービス研修業務を5年程度実施し頂き、その後、研修領域のエキスパートとなるか、テクニカルサービスやフィールドサービス等他の課への異動や、サービス部門のジェネラリストとして海外駐在等目指すことも可能です。

- 新機構・新製品に"早く"触れられる
世界中のHondaテクニシャン向けに、新機構や新製品の整備研修資料を作成する業務があります。
この過程で、新機構、新製品について学び、実際に自分の手で新機構・新製品を整備することができます。
「市場に出る前に最新技術に触れられる」――これは研修業務ならではの大きな魅力です。
応募条件
【必須要件】
- いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・二輪車若しくは四輪車の販売店での整備業務のご経験
・技術研修インストラクターのご経験(専門学校等で整備業務の教員の方も可)
【歓迎要件】
- 日本国内外の二輪車・自動車製造業においての営業、サービス、情報処理、研究開発等の業務経験
- 英語力(TOEIC500点程度)
翻訳機能を使いながら業務を行っていただくとも可能ですので、
英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、学ぶ意欲があれば歓迎いたします。
