【MISSION】 空を身近に、人生が豊かに 【会社概要】 ヘリコプターに限らず、ジェット機やeVTOLの仕入れから販売、ヘリポートの仕入れなどのこれからのエアモビリティの供給源となるインフラの確保などにも力を入れております。また、その供給源をもとに、空を身近に感じていただけるクルージングや時速200kmの高速移動を手軽な価格でサービス提供し、国内で最多のフライト数の実績を誇ります。そして、そこで得られた知見をもとに、予約管理、在庫管理、運航管理のシステム開発なども行っております。クルージングの事業は昨年対比で300%成長を実現しております。 また、弊社は航空会社(提携)、サービス会社、システム会社としての側面を持ち、経済産業省を中心とした「空の移動革命に向けた官民協議会」にもにも参加しております。 お客様に求められるサービスを軸に、信頼と実績を重ね、モビリティシフトを実現させます。 【ビジョン】 弊社は、お客様の「時間」を大事にする会社です。 地上の交通網では、 都市に人口が集中し起きる慢性的な交通渋滞や、日本の地形上の問題による遠回りな移動、間接的な移動などが発生しています。 弊社は、将来的に、多くの方が、ご自身の生活圏を何不自由なく移動することのできる世界を創造するために空の市場を開拓しています。 また、地上の交通網では、サービスを提供される事業会社様にとっても、 施設の建設/敷設コストの削減、道路や建設物の老朽化リスクの軽減に繋げることが可能です。 既存のモビリティと「共存」しながら、多くの方から愛される社会インフラとして定着していきたいと考えております。 モビリティの大変革期に、金融・ファイナンスの専門性を活かして「空のインフラ」をつくる。そんな、チャレンジングな皆さまからのご応募をお待ちしています。 <仕事概要> 上場の為の監査法人/証券会社/金融機関の対応 金融機関とのリレーションマネジメント(既存取引行とのコミュニケーション、条件交渉など) 新規取引金融機関・パートナーの開拓 デットファイナンスの企画・提案・ストラクチャリング(融資、リース、プロジェクトファイナンス等) エクイティファイナンス(増資、ラウンド設計、既存投資家・新規投資家との折衝)の企画・実行支援 予算策定・予実管理・資金繰り 全社および事業別の年度予算の編成・策定プロセスのリード 月次の予実管理、KPIモニタリング、経営陣へのレポーティング 資金繰り計画の策定・更新(複数事業・拠点をまたぐキャッシュマネジメント) 投資案件・新規プロジェクトにおける事業性評価・投資回収シミュレーション 株主・投資家向けの情報開示・コミュニケーション(IR資料作成サポート等) 株主総会、取締役会等に関わる資料作成・運営サポート
必須スキル
- 3年以上の実務経験 銀行/証券/投資ファンド/事業会社において、 プロダクト部門、財務・経営企画などファイナンス関連領域でのご経験
歓迎スキル
デット/エクイティ問わず、大型もしくは複雑な資金調達のご経験 財務モデリングのスキル 事業会社での予算・予実管理、経営企画の経験 株主総会・取締役会等の企画・運営の経験 証券アナリスト、中小企業診断士、公認会計士、CFA、USCPA、MBA など
