募集背景
暗号資産業界は世界的な盛り上がりを見せ、事業環境は日々ダイナミックに変化しています。
親会社である Coincheck Group N.V. は2024年12月に米国NASDAQへ上場し、また業界としても 資金決済法から金融商品取引法への規制枠組み移行が検討されており、今後は金融機関水準の厳格な管理が求められる環境となりつつあります。当社においても、グローバル連結ベースでの財務管理体制の構築・高度化が急務です。
こうした環境変化の中で、財務部では 財務企画の高度化に加え、その実行を支える 財務オペレーション(資金・運用・支払等)の質・量の拡大が見込まれています。
安定運用を担保しながら、業務改善・仕組み化・全社プロジェクト推進までをリードできる人材を確保するため、財務オペレーション/業務改善・プロジェクト推進担当(スタッフ:リーダー候補)を募集します。
本ポジションは、入社後にご経験・志向性および組織状況を踏まえ、財務Gまたは顧客入出金Gのいずれかに配属(最適配置)となります。
いずれの場合も、財務部のオペレーション領域における 安定運用と高度化、業務改善・プロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。
現状の課題
- 業務の拡大に耐えうるオペレーション体制の整備
- 事業拡大・新規施策の進展に伴い、財務オペレーション領域で扱う範囲・量が増加傾向にあります。安定運用と拡張性を両立する体制・仕組みづくりが必要です。
- 制度対応や管理高度化に伴う運用・実務の複雑化
- 規制環境の変化や管理高度化により、運用・支払・入出金等の実務に求められる正確性・統制レベルが上がっています。
- 属人化の解消と標準化(可視化・手順化・自動化)
- 日次運用を回しながら改善を進めるには、業務の可視化・標準化・ツール活用による効率化を継続的に推進する必要があります。
- 全社プロジェクトにおける財務オペレーション領域の推進力
- 新規施策や業務改善PJにおいて、財務オペレーションが担当する範囲を明確化し、関係部署と連携しながら推進できる体制が求められています。
主に担当していただくこと
【メインミッション】
- 財務オペレーション領域における 安定運用の確立と高度化(統制・品質・効率)
- 財務部内の担当領域における 業務改善・仕組み化のリード
- 全社プロジェクトにおける財務オペレーション担当範囲の 推進(部内PMとしての推進役)
- チームのサポート・育成を含む チームビルディング
【具体的な業務内容】

- 顧客入出金オペレーション(ユーザー入出金に関連する業務)
- KYC/AML/カスタマーサポート部門と連携した、顧客入出金に関する確認・調整業務を含む
- 会社入出金・支払オペレーション(経費・クレジットカード等)
- 預金管理・入出金管理(会社資金のオペレーション)
- 資金繰りに関するオペレーション(定常運用・データ整備 等)
- 分別信託金・自己資金運用に伴うバックオペレーション(運用実務・照合・レポーティング支援 等)
- 業務フローの可視化、標準化、手順整備、内部統制観点の改善
- 関係各部署(経理、法務、プロダクト、CX等)との調整・連携
- チームメンバーのサポート、指導、育成

スキル/条件

- 事業会社または金融機関における オペレーション/事務企画/業務設計の実務経験(目安:3年以上)
- 資金・支払・入出金等、財務オペレーションに関連する業務経験
- 業務フローの整備・改善(可視化、手順化、標準化等)を主体的に進めた経験
- 高い正確性が求められる業務を、関係者と連携しながら運用した経験
- PCスキル(Excel/PowerPoint 等:ビジネスレベル)
