Responsibilities
Responsible for providing strategic financial insights, developing financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes within department in charge.
Perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and prepare the reports on financial performance, regular documents with operational metrics tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and planning.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Oversee inventory and related costs, responsible for presenting inventory reports and analyzed the results.
Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and involve the process partially.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Register Master data (Customers and Venders etc.) and Treasury work for back up.
Involve/prepare ad-hoc requests come from unexpected reports, project, and any updates, etc.

戦略的施策を支援するため、複雑な財務モデルを構築・維持する
在庫および関連コストを管理し、在庫レポートを作成・分析結果を報告する責任を担う
財務報告の正確性を確保するため、会計チームと密接に連携し、プロセスの一部に関与する
投資機会を評価し、財務リスクを分析・判断する
会計基準および社内統制への準拠を確実に実施する
マスターデータ(顧客・仕入先など)の登録および財務業務(資金管理など)を担当する
報告書、プロジェクト、更新などのアドホックに対応する
Qualifications
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel & Power Point and financial modeling tools.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a finance of Retail or Wholesales business channel
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Familiarity with GAAP and financial regulation
Intermediate level English required
Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills with stakeholders.
