・受付や電話対応、カルテ入力
・視力検査
・初めての方の問診、診察の補助

受付業務がメインです
慣れてきたら、診療補助、検査補助もお任せします。(あなたのペースを見てお任せします)
1から丁寧に指導・フォローしますので焦らずコツコツ覚えていって下さい

1から覚えるのは大変だけど、先輩達が温かくフォローしてくれるから頑張れます。

お休みもしっかり取得できるので、メリハリつけて前向きに仕事に取り組めます。

【じっくりステップUPできる。】
無資格・未経験からスタートしていただけるので、眼科の知識や、クリニックの経験がないという方もご安心ください。
まずは、カルテの入力・整理や電話応対など受付・事務の仕事からお任せします。
院長先生や先輩スタッフが丁寧にお教えするので、あなたのペースで覚えていけば大丈夫です。
段階を踏んで、薬の準備や診察補助、検査などの経験を積んでいきましょう。
慣れてくると、患者さまとの会話も楽しめるようになりますよ。
【患者さまとの距離感も近い。】
定期的に通院されている患者さまも多いので、日頃から顔を合わせるうちに、世間話をすることもあります。
患者さまの治療を見守る立場として、「なにか患者さまの為にできることはないか」「もっと患者さまの支えになるには」という気持ちを大切に、頑張って頂ける方を歓迎しております。
