【募集背景
・業務内容】 デジタル庁では、デジタル社会の形成に向けた各種の施策を遂行しているところ、当該施策の進展に伴い、個人情報等の適正な取扱いの確保の重要性が日々増しています。 そこで、デジタル庁における個人情報等の適正な取扱いの確保のために必要となる一切の事務
・業務全般を担当する参事官補佐、主査、係員相当の職責の行政職員を募集いたします。 例えば、以下のような事務
・業務をご担当いただきます。
・ 個人情報等の取扱いに係る各種方針
・規程等の作成
・管理及び当該方針
・規程等に基づく各種措置の実施
・運用
・ 職員への個人情報等に関する事項の周知
・教育
・ 個人情報等の取扱いに関する内部監査又は委託先監査の実施
・ 漏えい等事案などの個人情報等に関するインシデントの総括
・ 個人情報等に関する庁内
・庁外からの各種の相談、問い合わせ等への対応
・ 個人情報ファイル簿、特定個人情報保護評価などの総括
・ プライバシー
・バイ
・デザインに係る取組みの検討
・実施
【採用予定人数】 1名
【任期】 令和8年4月1日~令和10年3月31日(予定) ※ 選考状況などにより、採用日は変更となる場合があります。 また、職務状況に応じて任期の更新があります。

【選考プロセス】 選考委員により、以下の方法で選考を行います。 ⑴ 1次選考 書類審査 ⑵ 2次選考 面接審査 ※ 書類審査(1次選考)の合格者の方に、面接(2次選考)のご連絡をさせていただきます。
Requirements
上記の業務内容に従事することに鑑み、以下の必須スキルを満たす方とします。
・ 組織内での個人情報保護責任者
・個人情報保護担当者等としての業務その他個人情報等の保護
・安全管理、取扱いに関する業務に係る実務経験
・ 直近の経歴において、今回募集する参事官補佐、主査、係員職と同等の職責を、組織で担い業務遂行した経験
・ 多数のステークホルダーとの情報共有、意見交換、協働し、業務遂行した経験
・ グループウェア等のITツールの使用経験
・ Microsoft Officeの各種ソフトウェアを用いた資料作成スキル

・加点要素とします。
・ 組織の個人情報等の取扱いに関する監査業務に係る実務経験
・ 個人情報保護士、個人情報保護実務検定その他個人情報等に関する資格

Working Conditions
Salary「一般職の職員の給与に関する法律」に基づきこれまでの経歴等を考慮の上決定します。国家公務員法に基づく守秘義務や兼業制限等が適用されます。

Work hours【勤務日数等】 稼働日数:週5日 勤務時間:午前9時30分~午後6時15分(昼休み1時間を含む) ※フレックスタイム制等の勤務時間の柔軟化指定もあります。 ※職務状況等により、一部リモートワークが可能です。

【その他】 採用者にあっては国家公務員法の適用を受けます。 (国家公務員法に基づく守秘義務や兼業制限等が適用されます。)
【留意事項】 (1) 現在職に就いている方は、採用時に当該所属先から退職する必要があります(休職は不可)。 (2) 採用内定者には、自己負担により任意の医療機関で、健康診断を受診していただきます
