韓国語での問い合わせ対応を行う

チャット・メールでのやり取りが中心の、オペレーター業務です。

日本語で用意されたマニュアルや定型文に沿って、

韓国語でのお客様対応を行えます。

対応を重ねるうちに、

文章を読み取る力・伝える力が自然と鍛えられ、

語学スキルも日々レベルアップしていけます。

また、ネイティブレベルの方には、

電話でのヒアリングや案内対応もお任せしています。

また、やり取りの中で得た情報をまとめて、

日本語でのレポートやマニュアル、社内共有資料の作成を行うため

外国籍の方は、日本語検定(JLPT)N1以上の日本語力をお持ちの方を対象としています。

  • 韓国語で寄せられるメール・チャットでの問い合わせ対応
  • 日本の商品・サービスを利用する顧客のサポート業務

→注文状況・配送確認・返品方法・商品内容などに

→ 宿泊予約の確認、空室やチェックイン時間変更、施設までのアクセス案内などのサポート

→ サービス利用時の質問対応、観光中のトラブル相談、利用案内やサポート業務

私は10代~20代と10年ほど役者として活動していました。

もちろん役者一本で食べていけるはずもなく

毎日アルバイトで食いつなぎながら

機会に遭遇したら芸能の仕事をする過酷な世界だと思います。

このまま30代、40代、50代、60代とただガムシャラに

アルバイトで生計を立てながらやり続けていくことに

かなりリスクを感じていました。

好きなことをして稼いでいくっていうのは難しいんだなと。

仮にどこか定職についたとしても

毎日同じ仕事をするために、同じ時間に起きて、

同じような時間に帰って、土日休みで・・・

って全然人生面白くないって感じましたし

今のご時世、会社頼りの生き方のほうが色々リスクだなと思い

営業から初め、組織づくりや仕組みづくりで紆余曲折を経て

29歳で会社独立に至りました。

漠然と将来に対しての不安も感じていましたが

理想の人生を考えたときに出てきたのは

「楽しい人生にしたい」「もっと稼げるようになりたい」

「自由に生きたい」「今の状況から変わりたい」

この辺りが一番の原動力だったなと感じています。

MBTIだと主人公(ENFJ)なんですが笑

「自分の人生の主役は自分でいたい」とずっと思っていました。

現状を変えたいのに動けてない人の背中を押したり
