仕事内容:

代表や事務局長とともに、団体の成長を後押しする基盤をともに作る、経営管理チームの職員をお任せしたいと考えています。

現在、経営管理部門では、非常勤や業務委託スタッフが経理・労務・総務部門の業務を担っています。今回ご入職いただく方には、それらのスタッフと連携しながら業務推進をしていただきます。

●団体の財務管理および経営計画の作成

・団体の中長期経営計画の策定および決定事項の推進

・団体の会計業務(非常勤、業務委託のスタッフと連携して推進いただきます)

・団体の決算業務全般

・業務を受託している行政機関や企業等に関わる法務・経理業務の推進

●経営管理部門のスタッフマネジメント

・経理、総務、労務を担当する非常勤・業務委託スタッフの業務管理

・経営管理部門の業務効率改善に向けたツール整備や管理

●その他団体運営に関わる業務

・理事会、定時社員総会の開催とそれに伴う準備 等

アピールポイント:

「アドボカシー」という言葉を聞いたことはありますか?

「声をあげること」を語源とするこの言葉は、社会的に不利な立場に置かれている人の権利を守るため、その声を聞き、ともに声を上げ、ときに代弁するという意味でも使われます。

一般社団法人子どもの声からはじめようは、「子どもアドボカシー」を実践する団体です。

児童相談所に保護されていたり、児童福祉施設や里親家庭で生活している子どもたちの声を聴き、一人ひとりの意思や気持ちが尊重されるようサポートする活動(事業)を推進しています。

その他、子どもの権利の普及活動にも取り組み、社会全体が子どもの声に耳を傾け、その声が大切にされる文化の醸成を目指しています。

子どもの声からはじめようには、アドボケイトとして現場で活動するボランティアスタッフが60名ほど所属。そのボランティアチームづくりや養成講座の企画・運営などを担当する、業務委託や非常勤のコアメンバーが7名ほど活躍しています。

今回は、団体を支える事務局メンバーを募集をスタートしました。

こども福祉などの分野に馴染みのない人でも、応募可能。入社後に講座受講などのサポートを受けられるので、知識や経験は働きながら身につけることができます。

社会の役に立つ仕事がしたい、子どもに関わる仕事に関わりたい、誠実に人と向き合いたいという人に、ぴったりの環境です。

子どもの声からはじめようは、2018年の有志の勉強会からスタートし、2020年に法人化。その後、自治体からの受託事業が増え、この2年ほどで活動の幅も広がっています。

法人の活動は、主に児童相談所で子どもアドボカシーを実践しています。

児童相談所は、子どもに関するあらゆる相談を受けつけ、必要に応じて子どもを一時的に保護し、支援するところ。

子どもにとって重要な決定がなされる場であるものの、これまで自分を抑えて生きてきた子どもが、自らの意見を伝えることは簡単ではありません。また、安全な場である一方で、学校に通えなくなったり、スマートフォンが使えなかったりと、日常生活とは異なるさまざまな制約も生まれてしまいます。

そこで、子どもアドボカシーでは、アドボケイトが子どもと協働し、子どもが自らの思いを明確にし、必要な場や人に伝えるサポートをします。

子ども自らが、自分の人生にしっかり参加することを支えることが子どもたちのエンパワーにつながってきます。

<必須要件>

・企業、行政機関、非営利団体等における経営/管理・バックオフィス部門での実務経験が3年以上ある方

・チームマネジメントの経験(規模は問わない)

<歓迎要件>

・経営管理の立場から、企業や非営利団体等における経営および事業計画作成に関わった経験

・経理、財務、法務いずれかの領域において、仕組みや制度を0から構築したり、見直しに取り組んだ経験

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムの定めはないが、会議やミーティングなどコミュニケーションを伴う実働に合わせた勤務形態)

・週40時間勤務

・休憩:60分

休暇・休日:

年間休日:144日

・原則日祝定休(定休のほかの休日は、担当業務により異なります)

※業務によっては不定期で日祝日に勤務が発生する場合があります。日祝に出勤した場合には、振替休日を取得できます。

勤務地:

主に東京都、神奈川県内及び弊社が定める場所(主にリモートワーク)

※連携する自治体・施設等への訪問及び 対面での打ち合わせ、一部出張を伴う実動があります。

アクセス:

原則リモート勤務(現地対応がある際は、団体の指定する場所にて勤務)
