入社初期は、メンバーレイヤーとして、現場業務における成果創出に貢献いただきます。
※将来的に、営業マネージャーとしての職務を担っていただきます。

SES事業の拡大と組織運営において中核を担い、将来的には事業部長・取締役クラスを目指していただくポジションです。

■SES事業の中長期戦略立案・実行(プレイヤーおよびプレイングマネージャー)

【組織運営・マネジメント】
■営業部門・技術部門の統括管理
■チームビルディング・組織開発

【営業・事業開発】
■大口顧客・戦略的パートナーとの関係構築
■新規顧客開拓・既存顧客深耕の戦略立案

【経営参画】 ※入社3年後のイメージ
■経営会議への参加・経営判断のサポート
■予算策定・財務分析・投資判断

■年収350万~500万程度
月給制:月額300,000円~
※経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
