EC事業の核心に迫る、元GAFAM流の課題解決セールス 単なるサービス説明や御用聞きではありません。経営者や店舗責任者と対峙し、EC事業の利益最大化・ブランド成長というゴールにコミットした提案活動を展開していただきます。
売上停滞店舗の発掘・成長支援のきっかけ作り Amazonや楽天などの市場リサーチを行い、「商品は良いのに見せ方で損をしている」「広告運用がうまくいっていない」といった課題を持つ店舗を発掘します。潜在的な課題を抱えるオーナー様に対し、プロの視点から現状を分析し、成長の可能性を提示することで商談の機会を創出します。
店舗診断に基づく最適なロードマップの提案 アクセスデータや競合商品の分析に基づき、店舗が伸び悩む本質的なボトルネックを特定します。「ノウハウ不足」には自走支援(PEAK UP)、「リソース不足」には運用代行(ONE MARKETING)といったように、顧客の状況に合わせて最適なソリューションを設計し、納得感のある成長戦略を提案して受注へと導きます。
伴走支援を通じたLTV最大化とパートナーシップ 契約はゴールではなく、店舗成長のスタートです。月次・週次の定例ミーティングやレポート報告を通じて施策の成果を共有。信頼関係を深めながら、SNS集客やサイト改善などの追加施策(アップセル)を提案し、長期的なパートナーとして事業拡大に貢献します。
テクノロジーと人間力を融合させた支援スタイル AIツールによる効率的な分析に加え、相手の感情や背景まで汲み取る「4Dサポート」を重視。データと信頼の両輪で、顧客のビジネスを加速させます。
Amazon、楽天、自社サイト(Shopify等)を運営する事業者様に対し、売上アップのためのコンサルティングや支援サービスを提案します。中小企業でも導入しやすい商材があるため、多くの企業の力になれる仕事です。
【具体的な業務内容】
- アプローチ・商談 EC事業を行う経営者や担当者に対し、売上停滞やノウハウ不足の課題がないかアプローチします。
- 課題解決型の提案 「ノウハウがない」顧客には自走支援(PEAK UP)を、「リソースがない」顧客には運用代行(ONE MARKETING)を提案するなど、顧客の状況に合わせた柔軟な提案が可能です。
- パートナーシップの構築 一方的な売り込みではなく、「成長の種まき(Seeding Growth)」というミッションのもと、長く付き合えるパートナーとしての関係を築きます。
