Position: Online Business Specialist 職種 オンラインビジネス
Job Responsibilities: the role here is to support the JP E-commerce head in managing day-to-day business across different online sales channels live and running in JP (AMZ, Rakuten & Zozotown)
As part of this position, you will be involved in managing operations across the various EC platforms and overseeing the functionality of our website
Formulating product registration formats for each platform.
Processing of orders from each platform and individual customers. Issuing shipping instructions to contracted warehouses.
Spearheading comprehensive platform management tasks.
Updating the company's EC website via the management interface.
Undertaking maintenance operations on the company's EC website.
Addressing customer inquiries emanating from the company's EC website.
Translating product names and descriptions from English to Japanese.
Editing and creating video for products' page.
Qualifications:
• English and Japanese proficiency: fluent
Work experience:
• Proficiency in navigating EC platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, encompassing functionalities such as VLOOKUP.
• Previous involvement in the operation of a company's EC website
Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to proactively drive tasks forward, exhibiting self-initiative.
• Proficient utilization of PC and Excel for optimizing work efficiency

また、Q3においては新のECサイトをローンチ予定です。
本ポジションでは上記の3つのECプラットフォームにおける運営業務、並びに自社ECサイトの運営業務に携わって頂きます。
各プラットフォームへの商品登録フォーマットの作成
各プラットフォームからの発注処理や個人のお客様からの注文処理作業、並びに契約倉庫への出荷指示
プラットフォーム運営全般業務
管理画面上での自社ECサイトの更新作業
自社ECサイトのメンテナンス作業
自社ECサイトでのカスタマーからの問合せ対応
商品名や商品説明分を英語から日本語へ訳す作業
商品ページの動画撮影および編集
