小学生が放課後を過ごす学童保育所にて
子どもたちのお世話をするお仕事です
"お兄ちゃんお姉ちゃんあそぼ~"と笑顔で
帰ってくる子どもたちに囲まれて
元気いっぱい働きませんか?
<お仕事内容>
*対象は小学1年生~6年生まで約35人。
宿題の見守り、室内でのカード遊び、
グラウンドでのキャッチボールなどをして
子どもたちと一緒に過ごし、最後は歩いて
それぞれの自宅まで送っていきます。
「子供と遊ぶのが好き」「体を動かすのが好き」そんな方にはうってつけです
*現在20代の学生staff活躍中
経験や資格がなくても、「とにかく子どもが好き」という気持ちだけでOK
子どもと触れ合える貴重な経験を積めるので
子どもたちと一緒に自分も成長できていると感じているstaffが多く、
やりがいをもって働けます。
<学童保育所での子どもたちのサポート>
放課後元気に学校から帰ってくる子ども達
宿題をみてあげたり一緒に遊んだりなどの
お世話をお願いします
平日は15時~19時、土曜日と夏季・冬季休暇
などの長期休暇は8時~19時までの開所です
<土曜のお昼は給食付き>
土曜日や長期休暇期間など、お昼をまたぐ
勤務の日は子どもたちと一緒に
昼食が食べられます
小学生の頃を思い出す懐かしいメニューは
スタッフからも好評作ってくれるのは
児童指導員さんなのでスタッフさんに料理を
お願いすることはありません
<一日の流れ>
- 15時~:おやつタイム
- 15時半~:宿題
- 16時半~:外や室内での遊び
- 17時半~:自宅まで送り、そのまま直帰
宿題は、低学年の子供たちにだけ
「ちゃんとやってる~?」と声を掛け、
高学年の子は各自に任せています。
モチロン難しいことを教えたりする
必要はありません
その他、外でのボール遊びや室内での
トランポリンなど、こちらも難しいことは
お任せしませんのでご安心ください

他にもクリスマス会や初詣など、
1年を通して楽しいイベントが待っています
行事が大好きな子どもたちはもちろんですが
子どもとの思い出作りの機会が増えたと
保護者にとっても嬉しいポイントに
なっています。アルバイトスタッフさんには
都合が合えばイベントにも参加して
もらっていますが、あくまでも参加は自由
無理やり時間を作ってもらったりという
ことは全くないのでご安心ください
<魚崎ピノキオクラブはこんなところ>
地域で運営委員を組織し、市の助成金を受けて保護者が主体となって運営する
「地域方式学童」です。保護者と指導員が協力しあってイベントの企画などを行い、
子どもたちが楽しく学びながら成長できる環境作りをしています。
日常の保育の時間でも外にお出かけに行ったりとアクティブに過ごす時間が多いので、
「体を動かすことが好き」という方にもぴったりのお仕事です
